Murray brings over 30 years sales and marketing experience across the retail, industrial and corporate sectors.  With a passion for both business and the community, Murray recognises the importance of listening and understanding people – a key skill which enables him to offer the right recruitment solutions. He brings a significant contribution to AER and our ethos of placing people first.  He is genuine, relatable with particular strengths in public speaking and building long term relationships. Murray is actively involved in Toastmasters and Chairman of The Kowhai Festival in Warkworth.
